Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (453.59g) King Crab Legs
  • 4 tablespoons (56g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
  • 1-2 teaspoons (4g-8g) Creole Seasoning
  • ½ tablespoon (7.5ml) Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon (3g) Chopped Chives or Parsley
  • Lemon Wedges for serving

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. When ready to cook, carefully cut the crab legs in half, exposing the flesh. For ease, use kitchen shears or scissors instead of a knife.
  3. Place the crab legs in an oven-safe pan or on a baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Creole seasoning. Microwave the mixture for about a minute, then add the lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Generously brush the butter mixture over the crab legs, reserving any excess for serving.
  6. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Once done, sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley.

Serve immediately, accompanied by the remaining sauce and lemon wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
