Big Mac French Toast


Big Mac French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Big Mac sauce

Instructions:

Prepare the Beef Patties:

Form the ground beef into two equal-sized patties. Sauté in a skillet to your preferred level of doneness.

Cook the Bacon:

Cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.

Prepare the Egg Mixture:

In a bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook the French Toast:

Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture. Cook in a skillet until golden and crispy on both sides. Optionally, spread Big Mac sauce on the inside of the bread slices.

Assemble the Sandwich:

Place one cooked beef patty on each of two slices of French toast. Top with a slice of cheese, bacon, and sautéed onions. Cover with another slice of French toast.

Optional Step:

For a crunchier texture, you can deep-fry the assembled sandwich.
