Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin-on (about 5-6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
  4. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season generously with your preferred seasoning blend, salt, and pepper.
  5. Arrange the chicken thighs on the wire rack.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes.
