Baked Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 6 bone-in chicken thighs, skin-on (about 5-6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture.
- Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season generously with your preferred seasoning blend, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken thighs on the wire rack.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes.
