The Best Banana Pudding Ever

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Vanilla Wafers
  • 6 to 8 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (5 oz.) box French Vanilla pudding
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed, or an equal amount of sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch dish with one bag of Vanilla Wafers. Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cookies.
  2. In a bowl, combine the milk and pudding mix. Blend well using a handheld electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  3. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and well combined.
  4. Gently fold the thawed whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding mixture and stir until everything is well blended.
  6. Pour the combined mixture over the layer of cookies and bananas in the dish. Spread it evenly.
  7. Cover the top with the remaining Vanilla Wafers.
  8. Refrigerate the pudding for several hours or until ready to serve. This allows the flavors to meld and the pudding to set properly.
