Crockpot Christmas Crack Recipe
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Unsalted peanuts
- 16 oz. Salted peanuts
- 1 bag Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 bag Milk chocolate chips
- 2 bags Peanut butter chips
- 2 packages White chocolate bark or candy wafers
Instructions:
- Layer the Peanuts: Place the unsalted and salted peanuts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the Chips: Spread the peanut butter chips evenly over the peanuts. Then, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips as layers.
- Top with White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate bark or candy wafers on top as the final layer.
- Cook: Cover the slow cooker with the lid, set to low heat, and cook for 1 hour.
- Stir and Continue Cooking: After 1 hour, remove the lid, stir well, replace the lid, and cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Form Clusters: Use a tablespoon to scoop clusters of the mixture onto parchment paper.
- Set and Store: Allow clusters to harden for several hours, then serve or store in an airtight container. Candies can also be frozen for future enjoyment.
