Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (about 1 pound / 450g)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
  • 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Drizzle oil over the chicken strips and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Toss thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well-coated. Add the bell peppers and onion, and mix again to coat all ingredients with the seasoning.
  3. Arrange everything in the Air Fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. Air Fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Serve with warmed tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado slices, or guacamole.

Notes:

  • This recipe is suitable for low-carb, keto, paleo, low-fat, and Whole30 diets.
  • For gluten-free fajitas, use gluten-free tortillas.
  • Avoid overloading the Air Fryer basket, as overcrowding can prevent the ingredients from roasting and developing a nice char.
