The Ultimate Peanut Butter M&M Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter M&M’s

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter and peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add the sugars and pudding mix, then beat until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
  4. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) into the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and peanut butter M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Gently press a few extra M&M’s onto the top of each dough ball for a decorative touch.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden while the center remains soft.
  10. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
