Irresistible Mini Meatloaf – Ready in Just 15 Minutes of Prep!
Few things can compare to the mouthwatering aroma of this dish as it bakes in the oven.
This mini meatloaf recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser—perfect for busy weeknights,
family dinners, or even meal prepping!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey or beef
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs or oatmeal
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce (or ketchup)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped vegetables (onions, mushrooms, zucchini, or your favorites)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs or oatmeal, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, vegetables, salt, pepper, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Add about 1/4 of the tomato sauce or ketchup into the mixture and blend until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly into a muffin tin, pressing it firmly into each cup.
- Spoon the remaining tomato sauce or ketchup over the top of each mini meatloaf.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until fully cooked through and slightly browned on top.
Tip: These mini meatloaves also freeze well, making them a great make-ahead option!
