Instructions
- Prepare the Eggs: Place 6 of the hard-boiled eggs whole into a large food processor. Cut the remaining 6 eggs in half and add their yolks to the processor. Set aside the egg whites.
 - Create the Dip Base: Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and 1 teaspoon of chopped chives. Blend until smooth.
 - Incorporate the Egg Whites: Roughly chop the reserved egg whites and gently mix them into the dip to maintain some texture.
 - Garnish and Serve: Transfer the dip to a bowl. Sprinkle with remaining chives and paprika. Garnish with sliced pickles if desired.
 - Enjoy: Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks.
