Description

This dessert blends soft vanilla cake, sweet strawberry filling, creamy pudding, and fluffy whipped
topping into a refreshing and dreamy treat. Every bite tastes like classic strawberry shortcake—but
cooler, creamier, and even easier to make.

Tips

  • Chill longer for cleaner slices and richer flavor.
  • Use fresh strawberries for best results.
  • Swap vanilla pudding with cheesecake pudding for a richer taste.
  • Add crushed cookies before serving to keep them crunchy.
  • Drizzle strawberry syrup on top for extra flavor.

Correction

If the pudding becomes runny, it may be because the milk wasn’t cold enough, the pudding didn’t sit long
enough to thicken, or the cake was too hot when the pudding layer was added. Ensure proper cooling for
perfect layers.

Serve chilled and enjoy every creamy, fruity bite of this beautiful and delicious Strawberry Shortcake
Poke Dessert!
