  8. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.

  10. Garnish with green onions or parsley before serving.

Description

This Hot Corn Dip is creamy, cheesy, and perfectly balanced with the natural sweetness of
corn and the savory depth of garlic and spices. The melted cheese topping creates a golden
crust, while the inside stays rich and smooth. Every scoop delivers comforting warmth and
bold flavor.

Tips

  • Add cooked bacon bits or diced jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Use roasted or grilled corn for a smoky twist.
  • Stir in chili flakes if you enjoy a bit of heat.
  • Serve immediately for the best creamy texture.

Correction

  • If the dip is too thick, mix in a few tablespoons of milk before baking.
  • If it becomes oily, reduce baking time and avoid high heat.
  • Always soften the cream cheese before mixing to prevent lumps.

Enjoy

Serve your Hot Corn Dip fresh from the oven with tortilla chips, pita wedges, or toasted
baguette slices. It’s a comforting, shareable dish that’s guaranteed to disappear fast.
Enjoy every warm, cheesy bite!
