  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until soft.
