Description

This loaf offers a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The vanilla crumb is soft
and moist, the cream cheese swirl adds a cheesecake-like richness, and the blueberries
provide bursts of sweet-tart freshness in every bite.

Tips

  • Use room-temperature ingredients for a smooth batter.
  • Coating blueberries in flour helps prevent sinking.
  • Cover loosely with foil if the loaf browns too quickly.
  • Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.

Correction

  • Do not overmix the batter, or the loaf may become dense.
  • Avoid excessive swirling to keep a visible marble effect.
  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.

Enjoy

Slice and enjoy this Blueberry Swirl Cream Cheese Loaf on its own or with a light
dusting of powdered sugar. It stores well and tastes even better the next day.
