Crispy Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the beaten eggs and cracker crumbs into two separate shallow bowls.
- Mix the cracker crumbs with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then dredge it in the crumb mixture until well coated.
- Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Distribute the butter pieces evenly on top of the chicken breasts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked.
