Ingredients:
- 1 large can of sliced peaches, drained
- 1 cup Bisquick mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- Vanilla ice cream (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Cobbler Batter: In an 8 x 8-inch baking dish, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Stir the ingredients together until they are thoroughly mixed. Add the melted butter and mix well.
- Prepare the Peach Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained peaches and sugar. Mix them well until the peaches are evenly coated with sugar.
