A Delicious New Recipe: Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter (I use salted)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks (I used Neufchâtel Cheese for a lower fat option)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together. Once fully melted, add the frozen corn and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.
- Add the cream cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients evenly. Let the mixture cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese is fully melted and incorporated.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Storage Tips
If you have leftovers, simply store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They reheat well and maintain their delicious flavor.
This Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a quick, simple, and flavorful dish that pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or even as a standalone snack. Try it out and let me know what you think!
