  • 30 milliliters of steaming water

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the Dough: Begin by adding the salt to the boiling water, stirring well until it fully dissolves. Gradually mix the salted water with the flour, kneading until you achieve a soft, elastic dough. If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more flour as needed. As you knead, slowly incorporate the vegetable oil into the dough. Allow the dough to rest for 20 minutes to firm up.
  2. Prepare the Filling: While the dough rests, finely chop the onions and greens. In a separate bowl, mix the minced beef with your chosen spices and salt. Adjust the seasoning to your preference. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
