Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips (about 1 pound / 450g)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into ½-inch slices
- 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
- 3 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Drizzle oil over the chicken strips and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Toss thoroughly to ensure the chicken is well-coated. Add the bell peppers and onion, and mix again to coat all ingredients with the seasoning.
- Arrange everything in the Air Fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air Fry for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Serve with warmed tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado slices, or guacamole.
