This loaf offers a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The vanilla crumb is soft
and moist, the cream cheese swirl adds a cheesecake-like richness, and the blueberries
provide bursts of sweet-tart freshness in every bite.
Tips
- Use room-temperature ingredients for a smooth batter.
- Coating blueberries in flour helps prevent sinking.
- Cover loosely with foil if the loaf browns too quickly.
- Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
Correction
- Do not overmix the batter, or the loaf may become dense.
- Avoid excessive swirling to keep a visible marble effect.
- Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
