Caramel-Infused White Chocolate Fudge

Caramel-Infused White Chocolate Fudge

Introduction

Caramel-Infused White Chocolate Fudge is a silky, melt-in-your-mouth treat that perfectly balances
the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the rich, buttery depth of caramel. This recipe is simple,
elegant, and ideal for holidays, gatherings, gifting, or anytime you want an indulgent dessert that
comes together with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (thick, not runny)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sea salt flakes, chopped pecans, caramel drizzle, white chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared dish. Spoon half of the caramel sauce over it and swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and swirl in the remaining caramel.
  6. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  7. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.

Description

This fudge is luxuriously smooth with ribbons of caramel running through every bite. The white chocolate
adds creamy richness, while the caramel deepens the flavor with a buttery, slightly nutty sweetness.
Each square is soft, decadent, and incredibly satisfying — a perfect no-bake candy that feels fancy
without any complicated steps.

Tips

  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the smoothest texture.
  • Cook on low heat to prevent scorching or graininess.
  • Add flaky sea salt to enhance the caramel flavor.
  • Stir in toasted nuts for added crunch.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months.

Correction

If your fudge turns out too soft, freeze it for 20–30 minutes before cutting. If it becomes grainy, the mixture may have overheated — melt gently next time and stir constantly.

Enjoy

Cut yourself a creamy square and savor the dreamy blend of rich caramel and smooth white chocolate.
Serve it at parties, wrap it as a gift, or enjoy it with a warm drink — this fudge is pure indulgence
in every bite!
