Cheesecake Strawberry Santas

Cheesecake Strawberry Santas

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh strawberries
  • Whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Decorations: Black & red decorating icing

Instructions:

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and dry them completely.
  2. Slice the strawberries into three pieces. Remove the stem so the flat side can rest on a surface.
  3. Cut the berries in half, leaving enough room on top for the Santa hat.
  4. Prepare the cheesecake filling by combining the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Carefully pipe the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.

Assembling the Santas:

  1. Place one strawberry slice flat on your serving tray, then pipe the cheesecake filling on top, ensuring there’s enough room to create a face for the Santa.
  2. Place the second strawberry piece on top to form the body. Using the piping bag, create a small pompom hat on top of the body.
  3. Use the decorative icing to draw the Santa’s face: pipe black icing for the eyes and red for the nose.
