Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts: 4
- Swiss cheese slices: 4
- Deli ham slices: 4
- All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup
- Eggs: 2, beaten
- Breadcrumbs: 1.25 cups
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt & pepper: To taste
Preparation:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound to a thinness of about 1/4 inch.
