Crack Chicken Biscuits

Cheesy Bacon Ranch Crack Chicken Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Open the can of biscuits and separate each one. Flatten each biscuit dough into a round circle.
Step 4: Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush the tops with melted butter and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
