Description
This dish features tender steak bites enveloped in a luxurious, paprika-infused cream sauce that clings
beautifully to shell pasta. The smoky, slightly sweet paprika blends perfectly with the richness of
cream and Parmesan, creating a warm, comforting bowl loaded with flavor. It’s perfect for cozy nights
or when you want a restaurant-quality meal at home.
Tips
- Choose sirloin for the best tenderness and value.
- Don’t overcook the steak—quick searing keeps it juicy.
- Use smoked paprika for the signature flavor.
- Add cayenne or chili flakes for heat.
- Swap heavy cream for half-and-half to lighten it.
- Stir in cream cheese for extra creaminess.
- Add mushrooms, spinach, or roasted peppers for variety.
Correction
If the sauce becomes too thick, mix in a splash of pasta water or beef broth.
If it turns out too thin, let it simmer longer or stir in extra Parmesan.
For a stronger flavor, add a little more smoked paprika or salt.
