For the Glaze:
- 2 tbsp Pineapple Liquid (from crushed pineapple can)
- 1 cup Confectioners’ Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until smooth.

6. Mix in the milk until smooth.
7. Gently fold in the crushed pineapple.
8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
