Crispy Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs, beaten
 - 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 6 ounces each)
 - 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Prepare two shallow bowls: one with the beaten eggs and another with the cracker crumbs.
 - In the bowl with the cracker crumbs, mix in the garlic salt and black pepper until well combined.
 - Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the seasoned cracker crumbs, pressing gently to adhere the coating.
 - Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking dish, making sure they are evenly spaced.
 - Distribute the butter pieces on top of the chicken breasts.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
