Fluffy Cloud Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 16 grams of baking powder
- 200 grams (about half a cup) of caster sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 55 grams (approximately one cup) of yogurt
- Vanilla essence
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F) and grease a 22 cm baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, vanilla essence, cornstarch, eggs, baking powder, oil, caster sugar, flour, and a pinch of salt.
- Using a high-speed mixer, blend the mixture for about three minutes until the batter is smooth and well-combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing it from the oven to cool completely.
