Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce,
salt, pepper, thyme, half of the cheese, and most of the caramelized onions. -
Shape the meatloaf:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a greased
loaf pan or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. -
Bake:
Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). -
Add topping:
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions over the meatloaf. Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes,
until the cheese is melted and bubbly. -
Rest and serve:
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
