Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients:
- 12 oz. bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce with Italian Herbs
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz. pasta
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients, except for the pasta, into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Shred the cooked chicken and stir it back into the slow cooker. Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
