Description

These mini blueberry pie bombs offer a delicious burst of sweet blueberry filling inside a warm, golden crust.
The cinnamon-sugar coating provides just the right amount of crunch and warmth, giving each bite the flavor of classic homemade pie.

Tips

  • Seal edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking during frying.
  • Avoid overfilling the dough balls.
  • Add a few fresh blueberries for extra texture.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of icing.
  • Try adding cream cheese inside for a creamy version.

Correction

If your pie bombs leak or explode:

  • You may have added too much filling.
  • The edges may not be sealed properly.
  • The oil might be too hot; keep temperature around 350°F (175°C).
