Ham and cheese sticks are a simple yet flavorful snack that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re preparing a quick appetizer for a party or a fun meal for kids, these golden, cheesy delights are sure to be a hit. Serve them with marinara sauce or honey mustard for an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 string cheese sticks (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles.
  3. Add the Filling: Place one slice of ham on each dough triangle. Lay one cheese stick on top of the ham.
  4. Roll and Seal: Roll up the dough tightly from the wide end to the tip. Pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Brush with Seasoned Butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Brush over each roll.
  6. Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve warm with marinara sauce or honey mustard.
