Honey Garlic Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork spareribs
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the ribs into individual pieces. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Whisk until the sugar and honey are fully dissolved, then stir in the baking soda. The mixture will begin to foam. Coat the ribs thoroughly in this mixture.
- Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet, meat side up. Drizzle additional sauce over the ribs and sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven, turning every 20 minutes, for a total of 1 hour.
