  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook in olive oil until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Make the sauce:

    • Tomato version: Add crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes.
    • Creamy version: Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and seasonings. Simmer until thickened.
  5. Add chicken and pasta into the sauce. Toss well.
