Heavenly Potato Puffs Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2.5 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
 - 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 - 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
 - 2 large eggs, beaten
 - Sea salt, to taste
 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, 2.5 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, chives, sour cream, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
 - Add the Eggs: Gradually fold in the beaten eggs into the potato mixture until everything is evenly blended.
 - Shape the Puffs: Take portions of the mixture and shape them into small, round puffs using your hands.
 - Baking Method: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the puffs turn golden brown and crispy.
 - Frying Method (Alternative): Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the puffs in batches, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
