  • 1 large can of sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. Prepare the Peach Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained peaches and sugar. Mix them well until the peaches are evenly coated with sugar.
  4. Assemble the Cobbler: Spoon the peach mixture over the cobbler batter in the baking dish. Distribute the peaches evenly to ensure a consistent layer.
  5. Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes to one hour, or until the cobbler’s crust turns a golden brown.
  6. Serve: Allow the cobbler to cool slightly before serving. For an added treat, top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
