Perfect Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
 - 200 grams sugar
 - 250 ml milk
 - 65 ml oil
 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 300 grams cake flour
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
 - In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugar. Whisk them together until the mixture becomes pale in color and slightly foamy.
 - In a small saucepan, add the oil to the milk and gently heat the mixture until warm, ensuring it does not boil to prevent cooking the eggs. Stir continuously.
 - Gradually mix the baking powder into the egg mixture.
 - Slowly add the warm milk mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly to combine.
 - Add the salt to the mixture.
 - Sift the cake flour and gradually fold it into the batter until well combined.
 - Pour the batter into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 
The warm milk helps achieve a golden color on the cupcakes. Enjoy your perfect vanilla cupcakes!
