Sausage Pancillos
Ingredients:
- 250g flour
- 3g dry yeast
- 12g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 42g butter
- 125ml warm milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 12 sausages
- Parsley for decoration
Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, sugar, 1 egg, melted butter, warm milk, and salt.
- Mix thoroughly until the ingredients form a homogeneous dough.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 90 minutes in a warm place.

Shape the Dough:
- After the dough has rested, divide it into 12 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a thin strip.

Wrap the Sausages:
- Take each sausage and wrap it with the rolled-out dough.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for an additional 30 minutes.

Bake:
- Preheat your oven to 356ºF (180ºC).
- Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the wrapped sausages.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for decoration.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Let the sausage pancillos cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
