- Assemble the Dumplings:
- Lay a wonton wrapper flat on a clean surface.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your fingertip or a brush.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the shrimp and vegetable mixture in the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper in half to form a half-moon shape. Press the edges firmly to seal.
- Arrange and Steam: Place the assembled dumplings in the steamer basket, ensuring they are not touching to prevent sticking. Steam for about 10 minutes or until the wrappers turn translucent and the filling is fully cooked.
