Instructions

  1. Place the beef into the slow cooker.
  2. Add beef broth, garlic, onion, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger, and sesame oil.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours,
    until the beef is tender.
  4. About 20–30 minutes before serving, add mushrooms and carrots.
  5. Break the ramen noodles in half and stir them into the slow cooker.
  6. Cover and cook until noodles are tender, about 15–20 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with green onions if desired.
