- 1 can (6 oz / 170 g) tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
For Serving
- 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley or basil (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Transfer the cooked beef and vegetables to the slow cooker.
- Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well.
- Cook on Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over hot spaghetti and top with Parmesan and fresh herbs.
