  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

  • 2 tablespoons reserved frying oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a separate dish, beat the eggs with milk to create the egg wash.
