Description
These Slow Cooker Snowball Bites are buttery, tender cookies that practically melt in your mouth.
Because they’re cooked low and slow, they remain pale and soft, giving them their classic snow-like appearance.
Perfect for holiday gatherings, gifting, or simply enjoying with a warm drink, these treats are irresistibly sweet and festive.
Tips
- Use softened butter for smooth dough.
- Always line your slow cooker with parchment paper.
- Roll the cookies twice in powdered sugar for the perfect snowy look.
- Add chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or leave them plain.
- Store in an airtight container up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
Correction
If the dough is too crumbly, add 1–2 teaspoons of milk.
If the bites flatten, chill the rolled dough balls for 10 minutes before cooking to firm up the butter.

Serve your Snowball Bites with hot cocoa, tea, or coffee. These comforting, snowy treats are perfect for sharing
or enjoying all to yourself. Delight in every sweet, soft bite!
