Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • A pinch of Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Juice of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  3. Coat the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the bowl, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated with the marinade.
  4. Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Place the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
