The Ultimate Peanut Butter M&M Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
 - 1 cup peanut butter
 - 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - Pinch of salt
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
 - 1 cup peanut butter M&M’s
 
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Cream the butter and peanut butter together in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy.
 - Add the sugars and pudding mix, then beat until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
 - Mix in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, and salt) into the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips and peanut butter M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
 - Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
 - Gently press a few extra M&M’s onto the top of each dough ball for a decorative touch.
 - Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden while the center remains soft.
 - Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
