Instructions

1. Prepare the Fish

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels.

2. Cook the Fish

  3. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper, then let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  1. Arrange the cooked fish fillets on a serving platter.
  2. Spoon the warm lemon butter sauce over the fillets.
  3. Garnish with extra parsley and lemon slices.
