Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Ingredients (Servings: 8)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 12 oz refrigerated biscuits (I used a 12 oz can)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and the crumbled bacon.
  3. Slice the refrigerated biscuits into quarters.
  4. Gently fold the biscuit pieces into the chicken mixture until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well-greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-35 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
