Flourless Banana Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool and Store: Allow the pancake to cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator. Enjoy your delicious, healthy treat!
