Flourless Banana Pancake Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Blend the Ingredients: In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Store: Allow the pancake to cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator. Enjoy your delicious, healthy treat!
