Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, peeled and lightly crushed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Fresh herbs (such as parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with oil.
  2. Season the Potatoes:
    In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange on the Baking Sheet:
