Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream

Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of milk cookies
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 jars of 300g cream
  • 2 tablets of 90g semi-dark chocolate
  • 1 box of heavy cream

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and the cold cream until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
  2. On a serving plate, spread a layer of the cream mixture. Then, add a layer of milk cookies (it’s best to soak the cookies in milk before layering them). Repeat this process, alternating layers, until the final layer is the cream mixture.
  3. To make the ganache, melt the semi-dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Once fully melted, add the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the ganache over the layered dessert. Optionally, you can decorate with chocolate chips.
  5. Refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving. Enjoy your Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream!
