Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
- 2 packages of milk cookies
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 jars of 300g cream
- 2 tablets of 90g semi-dark chocolate
- 1 box of heavy cream
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the condensed milk and the cold cream until you achieve a smooth, homogeneous mixture. Set aside.
- On a serving plate, spread a layer of the cream mixture. Then, add a layer of milk cookies (it’s best to soak the cookies in milk before layering them). Repeat this process, alternating layers, until the final layer is the cream mixture.
- To make the ganache, melt the semi-dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Once fully melted, add the heavy cream and mix until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the layered dessert. Optionally, you can decorate with chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for about 5 hours before serving. Enjoy your Condensed Milk Chocolate Cream!
