Instructions:

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour and Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the custard is set and the top is golden.
  4. Cool: Allow the pie to cool before serving. The magic happens as it bakes, creating a crust, custard layer, and coconut topping.
